A proposal to the Government of Singapore to make prosituition legal. As in getting a license from the government to legally host a prosituition Centre. This entertainment centre promise 100% STD-Free service. All workers are to have regular body check up on a weekly basis. All customer have to be above the age of 21, and have to sign up as a member in the centre. Members are to have a medical report proving they are Free of STD. Medical report are recommended to be released within 1 week before patronising. The longest length the medicial report submitted is 2 Weeks. The centre will not be responsible if any customer are infected throught any "extra service" provided by the service worker. But Let me repeat this,by allow the service worker to do body check up weekly will enhance the prevention of STD. However, the centre reserve the right to prosecute any customer who attend to spread STD within the centre,intentionally or unintentionally.


This centre promises great economical benefits.Static shows that great number of people go overseas to look for service, because it can be easily be found.The centre is also a potential tourist attraction.
